1. Acceptance of Terms
By enrolling in Tinkerseeds Academy courses, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. Please read them carefully before enrolling.
2. Enrollment & Payment
- Enrollment is confirmed upon receipt of payment
- Payment is due before the start of each term (term lengths vary by course)
- Accepted payment methods: bank transfer, credit card, PayPal
- Fees are generally non-refundable except in exceptional circumstances (see Refund Policy)
3. Class Attendance
- Classes are held weekly at scheduled times via Zoom
- Students are expected to attend all scheduled classes
- Make-up classes are not offered for missed sessions
- Class recordings are not automatically provided - students must request recording in advance if they will miss a class
- Recording requests should be submitted at least 24 hours before the scheduled class
- Recordings, when available, are accessible for 7 days only - access expires after this period
4. Student Behavior & Expectations
- Students must be respectful to teachers and fellow classmates
- Disruptive behavior will not be tolerated
- Students should come prepared with required materials
- Homework completion is expected for optimal progress
5. Technical Requirements
- Families are responsible for ensuring stable internet connection
- Required: computer/tablet with webcam and microphone
- Zoom software must be installed and updated
- Technical difficulties do not entitle students to refunds
6. Cancellation & Refund Policy
- Refunds are provided on a pro-rata basis only in exceptional circumstances
- Exceptional circumstances include: ongoing serious illness, family relocation, or other unforeseen emergencies (subject to assessment)
- Change of mind or simple absence does not qualify for refunds
- All refund requests must be submitted in writing with supporting documentation
- Classes canceled by Tinkerseeds Academy will be rescheduled or refunded in full
- Minimum 2 weeks' notice required for withdrawal requests
- Final refund decisions are at the sole discretion of Tinkerseeds Academy
7. Intellectual Property
All course materials, resources, and content are the intellectual property of Tinkerseeds Academy. Materials may not be reproduced, distributed, or sold without written permission.
8. Privacy & Recording
- Classes are only recorded when requested in advance by enrolled students
- Recording requests must be submitted at least 24 hours before the scheduled class
- Recordings are private and not shared publicly
- Students and families may not record classes without permission

9. Liability Disclaimer
Tinkerseeds Academy is not liable for any technical issues, internet disruptions, or third-party service failures. While we strive for excellence, we cannot guarantee specific academic outcomes.
10. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms & Conditions at any time. Changes will be communicated to enrolled families via email. Continued enrollment constitutes acceptance of updated terms.
11. Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of Australia. Any disputes will be resolved in accordance with Australian law.
